REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At EARRINGS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible. This Return Policy outlines the conditions and steps for returns and exchanges for items purchased from us.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items marked as final sale, customized pieces, or gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings that have been worn or altered for hygiene reasons.
  • Customized or engraved items.
  • Items purchased as part of a clearance or final sale promotion.

3. Return Process

If you wish to return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Notify us by email at contact@jewelsplendorr.com or call us at (440) 652-6907. Include your order number, item details, and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Authorization:
    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on where to send the item.

  3. Ship the Item:
    Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit. Include the original receipt and write the RMA number on the package. Ship the item to the following address:

  4. Confirmation and Refund:
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.


4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please follow the same steps as outlined above. Once the original item is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed, subject to availability.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake or defect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide photos of the damage, and we will work with you to provide a replacement or full refund.
